Cutest little place! Normal wear and tear but made for a great weekend visit. Great location and very quiet. Parking is a bit quirky but works and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
Wonderful place, but if you don’t like stairs make sure to ask for ground floor as they don’t mention there are no elevators. Only one restaurant for whole place so not many options there. Villas very clean and spacious. Great pools.

The staff was great but the room condition was pretty bad, the free water was opened and drank some and put back, bathroom door was extremely hard to close to were my 2 kids couldn't even close it. Breakfast was good but not super happy with no hot water for a shower on the last day, all soaps and shampoos way too high for kids to reach.
