Unsafe conditions, no lights in the room, towels were dirty and no soap!! No lights in the stairway. my husband hurt his shin because he didn't see the corner. Overall very bad experience. We left after one night!!

We are sorry your experience wasn't has expected. However further checked showed the room you booked would have design with limited lights for a more romantic atmosphere. There is also a light at the corner of where you would have made mention you hit your feet to the front office staff. Also a room change was granted with a late chcekout. Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations However, did address reported issues, immediately. Be safe and thanks for coming.

Shower head was dirty Toilet flusher was faulty Gave me a broken iron had to get another one It seemed too regimented If you don’t return this or that we will charge you It was not a friendly hotel The internet didn’t work even though someone came to reset it it still didn’t work I could go on as there was plenty

Property needs some maintenance, in my room the toilet tissue holder was broken and the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom did not look like it was cleaned in a while, tub had dirt stains on the walls and floor and bathroom mirror had white dried on stains

These are some suggestion please put atleast two bottles of water in guest room secondly place a telephone in the room in case of an emergency you can call the front desk other than using your personal phone. Get a vending machine so guest may grab snack and drink at any hour lastly big up Dennis world class customer service...

Staff: Dennis at the Front Desk has great interpersonal qualities. He made us feel welcomed by extending very good customer service: he was jovial and pleasant. Room: We stayed in a 1 bedroom king loft, ocean view room. The room was clean very clean and Housekeeping did a very good job. Grounds: I was impressed at how clean the property was. Buildings: The buildings need painting. Overall it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. I would return.

Good Evening,We are surprised you would have made this post because of a request for a bed type that was unfortunately couldn't be granted upon arrival. Note we have a sign registration for of your stay along with entrance camera footage to show that you spend your first night.

I am aware its a 'business policy' but perhaps the security taken as protection against damages is a reflection of bias because 'locals' prevalent use of accommodations...the irony is that if a large percentage of such persons do contribute to your revenue inflows, then the standard of treatment will be a determinant factor in their choosing your service. Not sure how long a dining facility is out of function so I will not comment. I am thankful that the security officers on duty came late to inform me that my car door was opened!!! I just wished they had said it a little earlier due to the rain...but I am grateful

We do appreciate your review. However this is not out of basis for our locals. Our locals are well aware of this policy a understand why this is done. We have lost a great amount of items also and over the time this has eaten into our revenue . However to say this contribute to our revenue it does not. Now we lose less because person are much more Careful and will leave the property as they get it. It's more of a procaution than a revenue plan. Where 9 out of 20 person will leave with the refundable full incident deposit the submit on arrival.

We had a great experience. We love how safe, quiet and convenient this place is. The view is amazing. Front desk staff is always courteous and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Shout out to Dennis for giving us great tips on getting around and doing things in the area. Can't wait to return!

Chester un catastrophée. Les fourmis dans le lit, salle de bain rouille, que des mensonges avec les photos sur ke site et notes « fabuleux » j’ai tout les photos pour prouver mes constations même un changement de chambre n’a pas amélioré la situation . Je souhaite être indemnisé et remboursé .

I was so disappointment in my room and the facility. The bed was hard and only had a flat sheet and a flat sheet as a fitted sheet. The couch was filthy and belong in the garage. And what led me to leave and requested a refund was that the pool was filthy. I can recommend anyone stay here. The owners need to reinvest money in the property.

Poor water pressure & no real hot water. WiFi didn't work most of the time. TV didn't work at all. Rooms not cleaned properly. Staff either not around or not knowledgeable. Everything was a old and dated or broken. I was there for a funeral so didn't care too much as was busy

Grounds were well kept. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning worked. However, there were no ice trays in the fridge which was inconvenient. The cafeteria was closed for refurbishing but we were not told before checking in. Some buildings need painting & maintenance work. Basic amenities were in place & we enjoyed our stay.

“Loft” was dirty, moldy, stained sheets, no standing shower, wasn’t given a king bed even though I paid for one. I Asked to be downgraded to a better room then when I did the water went out so I couldn’t even shower nor brush my teeth. Property did ntn nor care that guests didn’t have water to shower, nor have contingencies in place. Would not recommend staying here there are a lot of Air b&bs with better perks, cleaner!

This was a situation not cause by us and was unexpected as the development next door had broken our main pipe line.Base on the accommodation this is not our usual standard and this matter we will look into. Horrible the worst place I've ever stayed the rooms are dirty and not taking care of bedding are filthy the bed skirts are Horrible the curtains are soiled the floors are Horrible looking and so filthy and dirty shower bath is filthy and doesn't even work properly this place is just over all disgusting for someone to pay this amount of money to stay wifi not working safe in room not working one bin only in bathroom ...my worst stay at any resort or hotel
