"Check in was abysmal! We were told 4 pm and it wasn’t until 6 pm which put us late for dinner reservations. Evening staff behind the desk were unhelpful. In house Restaurant closed. Depressing room with no window. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again"

"There’s a small shopping center below the hotel, which was convenient. The hotel location is very well situated. I wish the bathroom had a vent."

"This was the best location, within walking distance for every place we wanted to go. Staff were nice and helpful, especially the bellmen. Beautiful courtyard in the back. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Great place! "

"Do yourself a favor and do not rent this home. When we arrived, there was a pipe in the front yard, bubbling raw sewage all over the front yard, down the street and the landing to the stairway.The interior was not cleaned on time . My husband was on the phone inside. I went out to take pictures and he followed me. When I tried to go back inside to take pictures of the inside of the residence, the cleaners that were still there locked the door and denied us entry into the home. So I was in New Orleans the night before a major surgery with no place to stay. Yet the host claims that the cleaners were never there while I was there and that the home was clean and sanitary for us to stay. It was not."

"I was at Homewood Suites by Hilton over the weekend. It was conveniently.The front desk staff was extremely resourceful and pleasant. Concierge service very helpful and pleasant. The happy hour bar was affordable and convenient. The breakfast bar was good and plentiful..Highly recommended 😊"
