Tolle Lage am See, ca.

Tolle Lage am See, ca. 100m zum Badeplatz mit Stegen und Kinderspielplatz.Hunde erlaubt am Hundestrand bei den Ruderbooten.Am Haus eine 11 KW Wallbox für Elektrofahrzeuge.Waschmaschine in einem Nebenraum vorhanden.Im Haus gutes WLAN, Smart-TV. Vollausgestattete Küche (eine etwas größere Bratpfanne wäre noch gut).Kühlgefrier-Kombination, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine sind auf aktuellem Stand.Die Matratzen im Stockbett sind etwas durchgelegen, allerdings sind unsere Kinder bereits 14 und 16 Jahre alt.Zusätzlich zu dem Eltern-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem Bett, in dem wir unsere Kleidung abgelegt haben, da ansonsten nur ein kleiner Kleiderschrank im Stockbett-Zimmer vorhanden war. Im Wohnbereich mit toller Sofaecke und Smart-TV ist auch ein Kaminofen, welchen man mit einem kostenfreien „Starterset“ von Holzscheiten anfeuern kann, weitere Scheite werden dann abgerechnet. Da wir im Sommer da waren, haben wir diesen nicht genutzt.Vom Küchentisch und auch von der überdachten Veranda hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und über den ebenen und gepflegten Garten (um bspw. Kubb / Schwedenschach zu spielen). Im Garten ist auch eine Wäschespinne vorhanden.Auf der Veranda gibt es einen weiteren Esstisch mit Stühlen.Neben den Garten gibt es noch eine Hütte, in der man die Schwimmwesten für das Ruderboot am See findet. Das Ruderboot ist inklusive, zusätzlich kann man einen Benzin-Motor kostenpflichtig mieten.Eine Angel-Lizenz für den See ist inklusive.
