"WiFi in my room was abysmal and when I called to inquire the staff was not only unhelpful but rather snarky about it. Not cool! I had some important work to complete that I had to complete in the lobby where some distracting loud, live music was being played. I had to hot spot to my phone for any reliable WiFi since my cell phone didn’t work up in my room as well. The only staff that was actually helpful and pleasant were the valet and bell hop staff, otherwise this stay was less than ideal which is appalling considering the cost of the room and the type of hotel it is. Do better!"

"I remember staying at this hotel roughly four years ago, and then it was amazing. The staff was amazing, the room quality was perfect, no issues. This year was different. The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly or approachable, the bathroom in our room was not tiled properly and felt like it was going to break, the fridge in the room was not great (it had dents and the freezer part of the fridge did not work), and there was mold in the windows. I hate leaving a negative review to a hotel franchise I really enjoy, but I will not be coming back here in the future."

"Room was amazing. We werent allowed to play music past 10 due to “noise” but it says they have noise cancellation rooms ? Staff was very unprofessional, rude, and disturbing. "
