"This is absolutely beautiful! Everything is well-appointed and feels like a boutique hotel. They are pet- friendly, even so far as to have a dog bed tucked away for guests to use. I don’t have littles as home but I love that they also have a Pack ‘n Play there for guests to use as well. My only complaint was the noise from above. They do say there is a permanent tenant in the upstairs of the home, so I expected some noise, like any other apartment with neighbors, but I was there on a weekend and stayed in because I had to work, and there really was a lot of noise on Sunday. The rest of the time, though, the evenings and the other days, there was nothing at all disruptive. More positives - the entrance was secure and quiet, with plenty of parking. There is a yard so my little mini cavapoo was able to potty and she was comfortable. The thoughtfulness of the beverage bar was wonderful, there were a zillion movies, books, and even some puzzles! The work desk is very nice as well. The fridge was a good enough size to hold my food for the days I was there. I absolutely LOVE that they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - along with a hair dryer! That saved me a bunch of weight in my packing! The bedding is simple and beautiful - crisp white, my absolute favorite! The owner was quick to respond to my questions and acknowledged my concerns offering to help in any way. I truly appreciate the customer service. We will 100% stay again. This really is a gem! "
"This property is terrible. First, they should just be upfront that this is a hostel and the photos they show in no way represent the room you will be staying in. There are something like 12 tiny rooms with occupants in it, which is fine but they should show what it is. The ceiling is collapsing and the floors are ripped up with fans drying up the water damage. They also don’t even have a smoke detector in the room and the curtains looked like they had cigarette burn holes in it. Who knows what all the other 12 rooms have but I’d imagine it’s a safety disaster.I showed up late and the room was completely bare, no sheets, no pillows, no towels, no toilet paper, no shower curtain. Nothing. I spent about 30 minutes finally finding the lady that prepares the property. She was very nice but said she hadn’t been paid in a couple months and got tired of working for free.So the property manager is misleading on photos and description and then it really turned into a s show when I showed up. I had them cancel my reservation and they did. "
"Perfect place for what we needed, neat, clean, and comfortable! Amber was so nice to work with and helpful when we had questions regarding the area. We will be back!"
