This room is ideal for trail riders and hikers, looking for a comfortable, affordable place to spend the night. Common area with table, sink, hot plate, microwave, plates, bowls, necessary utensils, 60" TV, washer and dryer. Inside Bike Storage!

**There are no windows in this room. Please keep this in mind when booking.**

COVID-19: We are following CDC guidelines regarding cleaning and disinfecting of all areas of our property. This includes extra attention to light switches, knobs, remotes, etc. Due to the extra time needed for disinfecting, we are not currently accepting requests for early check-in or late check-out.

The common room is equipped with large dining table, 60" TV, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee pot (Coffee provided), Pots, Skillet, Plates, Cups, Hot Plate for cooking and necessary utensils. For bikers riding the GAP Trail, there is also a bike rack.

Charming Property

After the manager handled a brief issue at check-in, we found the Riverview room charming and comfortable. It's a great location next to the rapids/waterfall above a general store with good food. Really enjoyed our stay!

Overnight stay

Clean one room place. The pictures were deceiving. It has a communal kitchen and no hot pan. Just a fridge and microwave. Listing says “pets allowed”. But they aren’t-later read in an email. So inaccurate listing on several accounts. Overall nice for an overnight stay.

Did not stay - could not get in - paid for nothing

No advance communication/reminders/check in. I emailed the day before I left for confirmation. No reply. I messaged them when I arrived, called the number on the door. NO RESPONSE at all. I ended up sleeping on someone's couch who had a house in the area. So I paid for a room I did not even get into. After I got home I had an email from them (which I couldn't get to at the time) with information. They did not respond to any of the contacts included in VRBO or on the physical building.
