"The hotel suites were amazing. Such an amazing and breathtaking view from the suite. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and polite. They helped arrange our trips and reservations as well as arrange for porters. We didnt get to use the plunge pool as much as it was not heated and the weather was not the hottest although it was refreshing when we did use it. Best place ive stayed as the views during the day and night are incredible. Lots of stairs here as its on the cliff with not lift access so has its limitations, but it is incredible and work it with one of the best views in Santoroni. If you can do the steps, i highly recommend the hotel for the views, the suits and the friendly hospitality."
