"The hotel property and staff were excellent. The location was amazing and convenient. The room was very large and well equipped to accommodate 5-6 people very comfortably possibly more for a family with children. We rented a car from one of the local car agencies that was recommended by the hotel concierge and it was the best car rental company I have ever dealt with the car agent was super chill and delivered the car to the hotel and also even allowed us to drop it off at the airport for our 6am departure flight, they accepted credit card payment and the rate was 30 euros per day for 4 days including basic insurance, a car is highly recommended to see the entire island and convenience.. we went to Parissa beach every day and several times to Oia for dinner and sunset. There is a local bus and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but having the car was really the best way to go for us. We stayed in room 402 and it was perfect for us with the only small downside was that it did not have a clear unobstructed view of Caldera which was not a problem for us as we really only used the room for sleeping but wanted to mention that in case it is more of a priority for some people, I will say that the full Caldera and Mediterranean sunset views are only a few steps away from the front door of the room. Our breakfast was very good and included with the room it was delivered each morning. The 24 hour front desk staff was very friendly carried our luggage at 4am checkout!"

The staff are wonderful, so so friendly and did everything to make our stay here in Santorini special including a room upgrade with a pool and breakfast prepared for our early flight upon checkout. The hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities in Imerovigli with stunning views. The breakfast is outstanding and feels so authentic. Overall, we could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a lovely romantic experience in Santorini. "

"Excellent hospitality and great hotel . I would recommend everyone to stay here and it’s worth the money . As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed "

"The pictures on the hotel website is not a good representation of how the actually property looks. Its an older property. Had a nice view. The window was lefted open before we got to the room so there were flies in the room. The sheets were stained. The tv was close to ground on the wall and crooked. It was suppose to be a premium suite but there wasnt anything premium about the room itself. "
