"We arrived at 10:30 p.m., and Manolis greeted us warmly with a beautiful Mercedes van and made sure we were comfortably settled into our room. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located, just a short walk from the center of Fira, with easy access to the market and many great restaurants. The owner is very friendly, and the two ladies who manage the rooms are extremely helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The tours arranged by the hotel were truly memorable and wonderful. Our seven‑day stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pool is a definite game‑changer—it’s very large, with plenty of areas for guests to sit back and relax, whether in the lobby, in front of the hotel, or around the pool area itself. There is also lots of parking space, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend."

The staff was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us, took our bags to our room, and made sure we felt completely settled in. During check-in, they thoughtfully asked about any food allergies to note on our account. As someone with Celiac disease, this meant so much to me. I had zero issues with the food on site — the servers and bartenders were already informed of my gluten allergy and remembered it every time we visited a restaurant. That level of care and attention was truly exceptional. The facilities were stunning and beautifully maintained. The entire property truly felt like a luxury resort. We were given a golf cart tour upon arrival, where staff showed us the spa, on-site restaurants, gym, and the various pools. It was the perfect introduction and made navigating the property so easy. While Kamari may not be considered the most glamorous side of the island, we actually loved how quiet and secluded it felt. After visiting some of the surrounding cities, which were much busier and had hotel rooms backing directly onto the main tourist paths, we were especially grateful for the peaceful atmosphere here. Staying on this side gave us the perfect, easy access to explore, but a relaxing retreat to return to each day. Would 100% stay again!! "
