"The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was kinda small, but it got the job done and was clean and well maintained. There is a pool too that I didn't get to use but looked nice and clean. Wifi worked well. From the main road it's a little bit downhill thru an uneven street. So, that could be something to keep in mind."

"I absolutely LOVED my stay at Santorini Palace, this is the best staff I ever experienced! They made my stay so enjoyable and peaceful, they were all so welcoming, kind, ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating to my nutrition restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, which makes it difficult when I travel but not at Santorini palace! they had many options for me that made my trip! Kudos to Jonida at the reception desk! She was the first staff I encountered and she set the tone for my entire time at Santorini Palace. Every staff member made my stay special. And of course I loved the amenities, the cleanliness, the views! Thank you for making my solo trip no so solo at all. Blessings!"

"The views are amazing. Location is great to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs! Thank goodness they help with your luggage. The pool was a bit on the cold side so can’t spend much time in it!! Was still enjoyable to suntan on the deck. The room was spacious. The the bathroom shower was so amazing. "

Not recommended for people who has physical limitation because of hotel office was bottom of property and no elevator even through property is middle of cliff. It's quite steep stairs. "The view from this property cannot be beat-it is stunning and incredible. Definitely book a room with a sea view. Only downside was our bathroom, which was extremely small and down at the heels. It definitely needs to be updated. Other than that this hotel is good value for the money and is in an excellent and beautiful location. Very helpful staff at the front desk."
