"The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The view is amazing from the deck area. It’s in the busy area of Fira but you have a ton of privacy which is rare for that area. Once you get to your room, you can’t hear any of the crowd noise.

The staff was amazing, they helped us get a driver from the airport and had someone meet us at the road to carry our bags up the steep hill and steps! "This was an amazing property. The hotel management makes you feel like you are a personal guest in his home. Each morning a home prepared breakfast is delivered to your room. The hotel manager was extremely accessible, and helped up feel comfortable getting around the island. Since we traveled with a 3 and 5 year old, I'm not sure we would have seen so much of the island without his help.

"My husband and I came for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing experience ever. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was absolutely stunning. Inside was spacious, beautifully designed, and relaxing. The Caldera view and private pool were our top favourites. The staff were super welcoming and available for any questions through WhatsApp. They were warm, attentive, and always available for recommendations to make our stay special. We were served complementary breakfast to the room every morning and the brought it to our balcony to enjoy the view. We could watch the sunrise over the cliffs. The hotel area (lobby pool) and our room were spotless every time.
