"Overall good. The air freshener on a timer was overwhelming. Small things are overlooked- one bath towel in the room a check in, room was warm, what appeared to be dried shaving cream or soap on the bathroom door. Nothing major but still didn’t deserve 5 stars. "

"The hotel lobby/elevators smelled nice. Our room smelled like mildew. Our second day they ran out of towels. The hotel clerk( black queen) I forgot her name. She was very accommodating, shout out to her!!!"

"breakfast was so so no hard boiled egg options. Had to ask for coffee in the room. The gym equipment was old, worn out or missing, cheap and convenient is what it is."

"The breakfast is minimal and all silverware is either plastic or cardboard style. At least they had some fruits and oatmeal porridge, but the fruit selection could use improvement as well as cutlery, eating porridge with a teaspoon is not that great. I augmented the selection by purchasing pineapple, strawberries and blueberries at Kroger as well as Almondmilk and none dairy yougurt. Staff is good and the place is clean and fresh. Location is good, but you need a car in Houston."

It’s very clean, modern, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We arrived on a stormy, rainy day well before check-in, and when I asked the front desk how early we could check in, she kindly said we could go ahead right then. I was so grateful—it’s rare to experience that kind of flexibility without an extra charge. Such a blessing!"
