"First thing that i noticed was the way it smelled in the entire building, omg, it smelled like they were burning candles, but it was the oils that were placed inside the vents, it was the best thing ever! Let’s also talk about how the customer service was amazing! She greeted me by name every time I walked in and that made me feel really at home! I can’t remember her name, but she checked me in and she was always there at night! Such a sweetheart! This hotel was very “Kozy” and comfortable. I actually like bright lights in my room when I turn on the lights for packing and unpacking, so that’s the only thing I didn’t care for, but once all lights were out, I slept great. That’s just my preference, it is called Kozy for a reason! This hotel was exactly 8 minutes away from my daughter’s place, and close to every thing, food, shopping, and the freeway! I can’t complain! I will be staying here this summer when I come back to visit. I never made it to the pool area because I did stay on the go and enjoying the cool weather in Houston this week. "

"Didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but it smelled great! The place was super clean and i loved how spacious the room was, even had a full size fridge, space and appliances to cook and a full size microwave. "

"The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean. The carpet was very worn and should have been replaced years ago. The duvet covers were super heavy. I have no idea how anyone could sleep under that. The sheets. Oh dear. Every sheet and pillowcase had worn out holes in them and some looked like a motorcycle ran them over (they must have been cooked to death in the dryer). The sheets were also very short. They barely covered the blanket but they were super white. The blanket was weird. Sort of 1970’s, made of synthetic/polyester. Because of this, if you accidentally pulled the blanket out from the platform, it would slide down off the bed. So, you have to keep the outer edges tucked in and squeeze yourself under when you go to bed otherwise you end up freezing due to the blanket falling off. That was really frustrating. The towels… if you need a workout and a deep exfoliation, you’re in luck. The towels were so incredibly heavy, made of a sandpaper-textured terry cloth. Not. Soft. At all. I have to say the air conditioner was amazing. It was so quiet. Any noise is a problem for me, and I had no issues with the a/c. That was its saving grace. The staff were really helpful and nice. No complaints at all there. For a “luxury” hotel, I expected much more. "

"The hotel definitely met all needs I had for a hotel for a conference being hosted by Sam Houston State University at the Woodlands Center. The room was clean, relatively quiet to be so near so many travel areas, and I felt safe. Breakfast was always ready when scheduled and definitely made the rush to conference work easier. Staff was friendly and adapted when my flights were late due to TSA issues, allowing me to check in at 5:30 in the morning after arriving 6 hours later than expected. It was a great stay and made me feel much better after many travel issues. I will most assuredly consider this place for future stays if I am in this area. "

"The stay was very warm welcoming and clean. They should have more select on breakfast maybe add a waffle machine, dry cereal and eggs omelette. The A/c kept the room very cool and the t.v. view was very pleasant. The stay was well worth it and would be booking again."
