Charming, Cozy, fully furnished Patio Villa in the Village of Waters Edge. Waters Edge is close to both Eastport and Middletown.
The Villa has an open floor plan, quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, queen size beds, two bathrooms, and an enclosed lanai with privacy screen.
The Villa is decorated with relaxation and enjoyment in mind.
The Villa is close to several recreation centers with many amenities to include picklball courts, swimming pools, bags, shuffleboard, pinball machines, gaming consoles, work out equipment, etc
Free daily entertainment is available at Sawgrass Grove, Boosters Bar and Grill, Brownwood Paddock Square just to name a few. Come enjoy The Village life style and our Patio Villa.

LONG and SHORT TERM rentals are welcome. SPEND the winter or spend a week. Have FUN where every day is a SUNDAY!!
