"The breakfast was very good. The room was bigger than expected though still on the smaller side. The service provided was excellent. The biggest issue was the parking - the parking lot at the back of the hotel was under renovation so I had to park at a lot that was a ten minutes’ walk away. The area was full of nightlife activities so I felt a little unsafe walking to the hotel from the car park late at night due to all the drunk people on the streets."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly, and helped a solo traveller who spoke 0 Japanese find his way, so I appreciate that immensely. The bed/pillow were not super comfortable which is why this is a 4 star, but I would stay again. Massive, massive thank you to the staff again, they were wonderful."

"The hotel was close to the castle and gardens also close to the bus station with a direct bus to the port to travel to Naoshima. The staff were very friendly. Traditional Japanese breakfast was very good."
