"Wir waren für einen kurzen Stopp Over in dem Hotel und rundum zufrieden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut - es gab sogar Laugenstangen. Ein Traum nach den letzten Wochen in Asien. Mit dem Auto ist man von hier auch schnell in Zao oder Yamadera. Ein sehr gutes Kaffee ist auch ein paar Autominuten entfernt. "

"スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。せっかくの素敵な旅館なのでお食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"Amazing place, clean spacious rooms for the Japanese style rooms, great dinner and breakfast and clean onsens. Would highly reccomend for those staying in the Yamagata area given tbe proximity to the train station"

"The location was excellent. The hotel has a connected pathway to the station building so it easy to move around even on rainy days. Convenience stores, coffee shops, dining options were all within walking distance. The hotel room and toilet was spacious, amenities were sufficient also. I had a comfortable stay here."

Good rooms and locations

"Hotel and room good, has everything need, close to the station. The only thing was hard pillows and need to get a different pillow from reception. There only a few pillows so not enough for all rooms. Better to have a softer pillow in room anyway."
