"For people that love to walk around quiet, not people crowded area. This is the place to go! Restaurants and gift shops are only about a 10 min walk and also a bus stop about the same walk! "Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. "
"This was relatively close to Nagoya station which I needed to be near for the shinkansen line to Kyoto. I could really feel Nagoya in this area. Not only that but the staff were super helpful with handling my luggage before and after check in.

"This hotel is not what is implied on Expedia.
this is a "love hotel" intended for sexual encounters, something we found out after the fact exists in Japan. the doors to the rooms are locked, and cannot be opened from inside. the rooms have condoms and other sexual devices on hand. To leave you room you had to call someone at the front desk (or some back room), at which point they could let you out. They also only spoke Japanese.
If this is what you are expecting, then fine, that is your business... but this is not made obvious on Expedia and you will be in for a shock if you are expecting a regular hotel. I am not as upset with the hotel if this is their business, the issue is how it is listed and described on Expedia... there was no obvious way to know what we were in for."
