Magnificent villa with pool and stunning sea views in the exclusive seaside resort of Porto Rotondo, one of the most famous vacation destinations in Sardinia, with the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast. The house is surrounded by a large garden with lots of greenery and absolute privacy. View of Punta di Volpe, the islands of Soffi and Mortorio. 20 km from Porto Cervo with marina. The villa is on 2 floors and the outbuilding is on the ground floor. Six rooms have sea view and private balcony. Ground floor (villa): Large living room with ADSL and dining and kitchen area, WC, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom, balconies and terraces furnished with quality garden furniture. Basement (villa): 2 large double rooms with anteroom, 1 large twin room) with anteroom, bathroom, WC, terrace with magnificent view. In the annex: double room, bathroom and veranda with sea view. The villa has been renovated and furnished in a sober and elegant style. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV and satellite decoder. Barbecue area, 5 parking spaces, various terraces sunbathing areas complete the property. From here you can reach some of the most beautiful places in Sardinia. 10 km Baia Sardina: excursions by boat to the archipelago of La Maddalena. 20 km Porto Cervo with marina. The villa is in an enviable position and no matter how strong the mistral blows, it is protected from the wind at any time of the year.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Beautiful location

Loved the location- ideal for our large group. Beautiful grounds and pool , somewhat spoilt by mosquitoes - spraying would help. Property very well equipped but a little tired - needs refreshing! A villa information book recommended - with details on local and villa facilities and equipment operation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Porto Rotondo!!
