Cosy apartment with terrace in Porto Rotondo, just a few minutes from the amazing beaches of the Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, located on the ground floor accessible by stairs, is characterised by the high ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The open plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen equipped with many cooking tools, including a dishwasher. This room boasts an access to the terrace with table and chairs, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed and a closet, and a second bedroom, located on a mezzanine accessible from the living room through a staircase, which has two single beds, a chest of drawers and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Gem of the region of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodation built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.

Porto Rotondo is a place for everyone to discover by walking, cycling or boating, by tasting local specialities in one of its excellent restaurants, enjoying a happy hour in front of the sunset on the harbour or dancing in one of its elegant nightclubs, or even by going shopping in the exclusive boutiques, jewellers or craft shops along the characteristics alleys.

Surrounded by beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind, it is also a great location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Capriccioli beach, Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Principe beach and Rena Bianca.
