Spacious one-bedroom apartment in a dominant position in Residence Cugnana Verde, 1 km from the coast and close to Portorotondo and the Costa Smeralda; a pleasant breeze cools the evenings. Elegantly furnished, and equipped with air-conditioning, wifi and all comforts, it includes 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 large open space with open kitchen and 2 sofa beds, and 1 veranda/dining area on the terrace with stunning views of the Gulf of Cugnana.
We are located 20 minutes from Olbia, 10 minutes from San Pantaleo, 10 - 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda; free parking spaces are available in front of the house. In the Residence a shuttle service for "Rena Bianca" beach, minimarket, bar and animation for adults and children can be used free of charge during the summer season.
