Cosy, comfortable terraced house. In the resort Sole Ruiu, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: tennis. 100 m long motor access to the house. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Golfo di Marinella" 14 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 13 km, Porto Cervo 27 km, Porto Rotondo 15 km, Golfo Aranci 20 km, Arzachena 16 km, Palau 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
"Le Conchiglie", 1-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2014, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. Gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Boiler (50 litres). Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.
