The apartment includes two private terraces, connected to the interior through large glass doors that bring in natural light and allow an easy transition between indoor and outdoor living. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking, from simple meals to relaxed dinners with local ingredients. One terrace is arranged for outdoor dining, ideal for slow breakfasts, light lunches, or evening aperitivi.

Sleeping arrangements are suitable for families or small groups. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be converted into a double on request. The living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests or a quiet afternoon rest. All beds are prepared with hotel-grade linens and ergonomic pillows. For evenings indoors, the living room is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, and each bedroom has a 55-inch Smart TV, supported by fast Wi-Fi.

Arrival is smooth and independent with 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, with no keys and no waiting. For beach days, a beach kit is included (a parasol, one quick-dry beach towel per guest and a cool bag with four ice packs), so you can easily visit Pittulongu, Bados, or Porto Istana. Parking is simple, with free secure on-site parking, and the building is served by an lift.

A welcome box is provided with local wine, spring water, and traditional Sardinian products such as pecorino and artisanal sausage. Home essentials are ready on arrival, including coffee, tea, olive oil, and basic cooking supplies, along with practical items to settle in comfortably without a supermarket visit. Families may request baby equipment free of charge, including a baby bath, changing station, monitor, children’s dinnerware, toys, books, and a stroller.
