Convenient but noisy location with a small (max 4 car) private parking. Very clean but extremely small room. Huge bathroom with lots of wasted space. A tall shoe cabinet for 12 pairs of shoes right under the towel rack that turns it unusable. Elevator, breakfast served, huge balcony with half covered by three A/C units. Absolutely no sound insulation. Even on the third floor you are having a feeling that the front door is made from carton, because you hear the passing cars as if they were almost in your room. It is OK to use the hotel if you travel by car, but otherwise is not of a great value. Front desk service was good.

The address of the property was wrong The street number was listed as 395 but was actually 394. Because the numbers on either side of the road were out of sync it was difficult to find. It was much further along than we thought. Our info promised us a welcome drink but the desk clerk told us for sanitary reasons they hadn’t been doing that for a year. However we were free to buy drinks. My room had a very musty smell. A very positive thing was that our desk clerk arranged for a ride to the airport for us at 5:00am. The driver showed up right on time. The desk clerk was generally very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little far from the centre of town but there was a great family oriented pizza restaurant across the street

Good value for money.
Although is not near the city, the area is quite good - pizzeria right in front of it and a shopping area in the neighborhood. Good breakfast.

Very nice people
Very nice people and helpful... In the middle of nowhere but 15-20 minutes with the bus to the beach and 30 -40 minutes to Porto Rotondo.

OK its not really in the City but its good. Very helpful staff and all you need for a stay over. Bed is excellent and I slept like a dream.

Very Pleasing Hotel with helpful staff
For the cost, the hotel was a steal. I only stay in Olbia for one night each time I go through and although the name Olbia City is stretching it a little, the hotel is real good. Cant comment on breakfast as I left early. Parking is available and also on street next to small supermarket next door. Pizzeria also next door and you have maybe 5 minute walk back towards town where there is a vast array of bars and restaurants to hand.

One night only , very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. A little too far from town , However restaurant opposite served great Italian food and wine at a reasonable price.

The real location is via aldo moro 394, not 395, so it's about kilometer further away than advertised. Otherwise than this false advertising it was ok. I liked the location, being away from the olbia old town.

Cheap hotel with everything we needed
The staff were very polite and welcoming. A nice room with all necessary facilities. Near a busy road which was a bit noisy. A useful restaurant nearby. Very reasonable price. Better than I expected.

La camera è bellina ma completamente priva di manutenzione regolare. Sembra abbandonata a se stessa. La sponda in ferro del letto matrimoniale che dovrebbe essere fissata al muro ha i tasselli completamente estratti. Un tassello era con la vite completamente strappato dal muro e poteva essere pericoloso se ci si appoggiava alla sponda. Il letto a castello si muoveva ed era tutto cigolante. Nel bagno mancavano tutti tappi degli scarichi dei sanitari (doccia compresa) e il filtro rompigetto del rubinetto del bidet pertanto ogni volta che veniva aperto l'acqua schizzava dappertutto. La parte bassa della cabina doccia ha il telaio e le rotelle del vetro tutte ossidate. La tenda della porta d'ingresso e finestra non si riusciva a far scorrere in quanto troppo pesante e con asole troppo piccole per il bastone. Inoltre un tassello di fissaggio tenda sul muro è estratto. La finestra o la porta d'ingresso non hanno la possibilità di aprirsi a ribalta pertanto essendo al piano terra in punto di passaggio bisogna lasciarle sempre chiuse. Io non avrei mai affittato una camera del genere in un hotel a 4 stelle.

Un établissement propre et proche de commodités pour manger, faire des courses facilement. Loin du port à pieds et 25 minutes de l’aéroport avec taxi. Possibilité en bus mais le service ne commence pas avant 7h00. Chambre spacieuse

Juste ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit correcte.
Parking 10€. Proche aeroport en voiture. Les portes de chambre ne sont pas isolées phoniquement mais l endroit semble calme aprés 23h-minuit... Accueil agréable et serviable.

Abbiamo soggiornato diverse volte in questo hotel e più di una volta avevo prenotato una camera che poi all’arrivo non risultava più disponibile. Questa volta stessa situazione, accettiamo la camera che non avevamo scelto e si trova sotto l’hotel, fredda con condizionatore presente ma senza telecomando, rumore dello scarico del lavandino che ti impedisce di riposare, è sporco sia nel bagno che sotto i letti , mi dispiace tanto fare questa recensione ma facendo presente queste cose l’unica risposta è stata che non sapevano come sdebitarsi ma poi puntualmente si facevano gli stessi errori quindi abbiamo deciso di non soggiornare più. Peccato perché ha veramente un buon potenziale e basterebbe poco.

L'hôtel en lui-même est propre, la literie de bonne qualité. Le personnel en revanche est à revoir. J'ai envoyé un mail en décembre pour avoir un lit parapluie dans la chambre. Mail lu en mars. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Je reçois un mail 24h avant mon arrivée pour me dire d'arriver avant 22h sinon pas de Check-in et pas d'information sur mon lit bébé. Je renvoie donc un message pour le demander, auquel je n'aurai évidemment aucune réponse. Le matin même de mon arrivée, je me présente a l'accueil pour demander le lit bébé, et on me répond "OUI" ! ALLÉLUIA. Au check-in a 15h, la personne a l'accueil a changé, et est clairement moins agréable. Je demande donc si le lit a bien été mis dans notre chambre. Bien évidement que non. Je me suis fait expliquer que celui-ci étant deja utilisé, il ne pourrait pas me le prêter. Je dis alors que j'ai quand même envoyé un mail en DECEMBRE pour le demander. On m'a répondu que comme ils n'avaient jamais répondu a ce mail, ils n'étaient pas engagés sur quoi que ce soit. Que comme la chambre que j'avais choisie était triple je pouvais faire dormir un bébé dans un lit simple. J'ai donc expliqué que c'était un bébé et quil risquait de tomber par terre pendant la nuit. Il m'a donc repondu que si je n'étais pas contente c'était pareil et que je n'avais qu'à partir ailleurs. Avec tous mes bagages et mon enfant. Nous avons été très choqués, nous ne revendiquions rien et avons été cordiaux. Une honte pour l'établissement.

Hotellet er ikke 4 stjerner værd.
Det er et slidt hotel med gamle værelser. Hotel receptionen er ikke indbydende og lugter. Der lå en stor bunke med affald ved p-pladsen som lugtede. Der var kun et håndklæde der vi kom. “Restauranten” hvor man spiser morgenmad var viekog ulækker. Maden ståede ud i varmen. Vi spiste ikke morgenmad der efter vi så det. Man kunne høre kloaken af de andre værelser. Det var så meget at man troede kloakrørene hængte over hovedet på en. Dørene og vinduer er utætte og larmede meget om natten. Dørene er glasdøre med en slags spejlfolie på. Om aftenen kan man se alt hvad der forgår i værelserne. Vi har boet på mange hoteller gennem livet 3-5 stjerne… det her var virkelig en skuffelse.

Hotel carino, camera pulita in ordine ma ci è stata assegnata una camera al piano interrato con un finestrino da cantina e senza copertura telefonica (non arrivava il segnale quindi non si poteva neanche chiamare) né tanto meno ricevere dati, il wifi dell hotel era debolissimo. Purtroppo soluzioni di questo tipo vanno segnalate alla prenotazione, il cliente non può ritrovarsi in un piano interrato senza saperlo.

Sur la photo d'hôtel.com il y avait une chambre avec une petite cuisine. Nous avions tout pris pour pouvoir faire à manger et en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre familiale avec tous les lits dans la même pièce et sans cuisine. Nous avons du aller manger au restaurant à côté. Déçus.
