Situated in a breathtaking panoramic location, our cottage offers spectacular views of the sea, surrounded by ancient rocks and authentic Mediterranean vegetation. Here you’ll find an atmosphere of peace and total connection with nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy.

The cottage

The house, unique in its style, combines modern comforts with handcrafted details. The furnishings, handcrafted by my favourite artisan—my husband—are made of olive wood, creating perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Space and accessibility

S’Ispantu is nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, just a 10-minute drive from the town of Arzachena, where you’ll find restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is in Cannigione (a 10-minute drive), while the Costa Smeralda is an 18-minute drive away.

Useful Information:

The property is accessed via an electric gate and offers free parking.

The road to our property includes about 1 km of unpaved road, which is easily passable.
