INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Designed to blend comfort with a spectacular sea view, Villa Majra welcomes guests into a bright living area featuring large panoramic windows, a TV corner, sofa, dining table and air conditioning. The open-space kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor (pool level), where the sleeping area is located: a master bedroom with sea view and direct access to the pool, a twin room with pool access, a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom (bathtub), a single bedroom and two additional bathrooms with shower. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor areas are one of the true highlights of the property. The villa features a beautiful private pool (25 m²) with panoramic views across the islands of the gulf, surrounded by a furnished sun terrace ideal for relaxing at any time of day.
The large covered veranda includes a dining table and lounge area, making it perfect for breakfasts with a view or sunset aperitifs. The four-sided private garden offers a barbecue area with granite table and Mediterranean vegetation. An external staircase leads to the panoramic rooftop, ideal for enjoying sunrise over Tavolara. Two covered parking spaces are provided at the entrance.
DESTINATION & DISTANCES
Villa Majra is located within the residential complex “L’Oasi di Pedralonga”, about 80 metres above sea level — one of the most scenic vantage points overlooking the Porto Istana bay. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is only 10 minutes away.
The sandy beach of Porto Istana lies approx. 900 metres from the villa and is perfect for families thanks to its shallow, turquoise waters. Within a short drive you can reach Costa Corallina Marina (137 berths) and the renowned Tavolara–Molara Marine Protected Area. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boat excursions are easily accessible in Porto San Paolo and the nearby coastline.

Villa with views of Tavolara island
Large house on top of hill with great view on the bay, nice terrasses, beds comfortable, close to Olbia airport (15 min), close to beautiful beaches and some nice restaurants
Quiet neighborhood except pretty close to other villas and it depends who your neighbors are, also gardening/cleaning once a week and some construction work

Beautiful Property
The property is beautiful, and the view is incredible. We were very comfortable. The villa is not equipped with basics in the kitchen (salt, oil, etc.), so we a had a nice trip to the market (very near) to stock up on everything. We used the BBQ couple of times, and it was a brilliant experience. Great beaches within a 10-minute drive and we were able to explore the area freely. We recommend this villa.
Leave some basics in the kitchen for guests.
