"Die freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zu Beginn, wo dass wir Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe von Palau finden, was wir super fanden. Für weitere Informationen war das Personal immer zu haben. Leider ist der Boiler während unserem Aufenthalt um 23:00 in der Nacht kaputt gegangen. Obwohl die Rezeption dann natürlich geschlossen war, hat uns das Personal in der Nacht super geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. "

"Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. We thought we got scammed cuz when they 1st picked up the call they said we don’t have the booking on your name. We were with our bags and lagged outside looking for the property. "Séjour d'une semaine. Nous étions sans voiture. L'hôtel est accessible par le bus de Olbia mais après il faut marcher 8 mn le long de la route sans trottoir depuis la ville de Porto Pozzo. Le personnel de l'accueil a organisé pour nous la réservation des taxis pour tout notre séjour avec des tarifs négociés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des environs. Le service était parfait et fiable. La gentillesse de tout le staff était très agréable. La chambre était simple et propre. Le matelas pas très confortable mais ça passe. Une jolie piscine qui manque de parasols pour se mettre à l'ombre mais bien fournie en transats. Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts. "

"This hotel is sublime. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff are very helpful. The pool area is lovely and the shuttle to the private beach was incredibly convinient and luxerious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel is also well located and a five minute walk to local resturants and shops. 10/10. "

"Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel. These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive."
