"Es war alles wirklich in bester Ordnung. Nach einem Wasserschaden mussten wir auf dieses Quartier ausweichen. Sardinia Unlimited hat sich sehr bemüht, unseren Wünschen dabei bestmöglich gerecht zu werden. Rina ist eine wirklich großartige und sehr engagierte Betreuerin, die alles versucht, damit man eine schöne Zeit dort genießt. "We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of six women and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations, particularly for a Hilton property. Before arrival, we emailed requesting rooms close together, but this was never arranged. While the hotel has some positives—the pool area is beautiful, the poolside beds are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the service issues overshadowed the stay. The most significant problem involved room assignments. Two guests booked Superior Rooms, yet one paid considerably more and received a dramatically smaller room. The difference was obvious and felt unfair. The proposed compensation was half-board, despite our group having dinner reservations elsewhere every evening. This solution was impractical and did not reflect the price difference paid. The hotel later offered six soft drinks to the group, which felt dismissive rather than a meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. Throughout the stay, staff seemed focused on explaining problems rather than fixing them. Both check-in and check-out were unnecessarily stressful, and communication was inconsistent. For example, the coffee service policy changed on the second morning without clear explanation, causing confusion. Ashley was a standout employee who genuinely tried to help, and the young woman in the hotel shop was consistently warm and welcoming. While Ivana was polite, she did not appear empowered to resolve concerns effectively. Management was particular"

"The best experience over many travels around the world ! The level of care, politeness and kindness has no comparison! The managed Johan is absolutely top class manager , Andrea at the Pescatore restaurant the best waitress met and Paolo at the Mediterraneo restaurant just the most friendly and gentle soul ever met ! It feels sofisticate and welcoming, it’s delightful to be there as we have never experienced despite travelling many 5 stars hotel ! Amazing prime staff ! "Fabulous property! The staff go above and beyond, the included breakfast buffet is unbelievable, I mean it is next level amazing! Endless rows of freshly made pastries that look like a work of art, and everything else your heart could desire for breakfast! Plan your day around breakfast, do not miss it. The pool is great. You do need to take a shuttle to the beach, but the beach is pristine, with crystal clear water and loungers with towels are already set up with water also available. We loved having the sea view room, which was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. I’m counting down the days until we can return again. Also, if you are from the US, there is a direct flight from JFK to Olbia."

"It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"
