"This is a great property located right at Hakodate station. There’s a bus station right outside and a car platform just across the street from it, which makes getting anywhere in the city by public transit very easy. The staff were very adept and skilled in English. This property also has a self service pillow concierge, which is a wonderful thing. There are only two elevators in this hotel, which seemed to be busy all the time leading to long wait times and when they got to you, they were usually quite crowded, which frustrated me to no end. Signage within the station to find the hotel is almost nonexistent."

"Room furniture is too bulky & not enough space to open our luggage’s. Room entry way isn’t Erconomical at all, only one person is allowed for entry & remove shoes at a time."

"Really enjoyed the Onsen at this hotel, as well as the breakfast and the hotel restaurant for dinner. I would definitely stay here again. The view from the room was quite nice too, we faced the water from a high floor."

"The room is excellent! Our room had a nice sea view of the bay. Front desk was very attentive and friendly. The washing machine provided in the room was a big bonus point."

"The room was nice. Clean and comfortable. The hotel was a tall building and easy to see from afar with its glowing light sign. Pleasantly boogie inside. Did not get to partake in breakfast. You had to pay ahead of time or something? I don't really know. We just hit up the morning market by the station instead, which I highly recommend."

"It’s a value for money stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel offers eco cleaning, with full cleaning every alternate day, so if you stay for 2 nights, there will only be eco cleaning where a clean bag of towels and amenities including water is provided. There are two restaurants offering Japanese and western breakfast which you will need to decide which one, and time you will go for breakfast at check in. The restaurants can be crowded and be prepared to wait in line even with you appointed time. The food is worth the wait, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the amount of fresh seafood and tempura awaits the diner. The only think I needs a lot of improvement is the wifi, it is not stable and sometimes not there. There is a good number of parking spaces for the guests, so even when you don’t get to park directly in the hotel, it is a few mins walk back to hotel which is fine."
