"The hotel is well maintained with a pleasant and helpful staff. The bar was great as well as the bartenders. While we didn't do evening dining or lunch at the hotel restaurant we did enjoy our breakfasts there. The wait staff was very attentive and had a right at your service work ethic. Pool and hot tub was clean and pleasant with towels provided at the facility. Close location to the wharf and Cannery Row, both within easy walking, is a major plus. We would definitely stay again should we once more travel to Monterey."

"It was a cute room and although I thought we weren't near anything, it turns out there is a huge, amazing mall walking distance. It isn't near downtown though. We had a fireplace king, and the room was huge, which we liked. The bed was comfy, but we have been to Monterey a couple times recently lately and are wondering what's up with the half sized pillows? We will bring our own, since we can drive down. I can't say there was any staff, we were greeted by a talking kiosk--our first time for that. lol."

"Great location! It’s easy to walk around downtown and to Fisherman’s Wharf. The king bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel is limited, but it was still easy to find parking just 1–2 blocks away."
