"The staff was really nice, the room was large, the bedding was good, but the price was out of line with what you got. No pool, no elevator, the breakfast was spartan, and the room was missing minor stuff, like a bathtub mat, and the stirrer sticks in the coffee packets. You would think these items would be caught by a hotel that costs this much..."

"First of all, the staff were beyond helpful...but the rest of the stay was not great. For the price I paid, there are really no amenities: no pool, the lone elevator was out of order, the breakfast was below basic (with no diabetic options except lukewarm coffee and some yogurt), the mattress was worn, as was the bedding, and the room felt damp. It wasn't "bad", but we have had much better, at a much lower price. In summary, I felt overcharged for what I received... I DO want to say how much the morning desk person was helpful in getting us down to the 1st floor, and checking us in early. Highlight of the stay..."

"Thoughtful details, creative design, and clear organization and communication really made our stay. The place itself is really well done, clean and comfortable, and very functional, but the attention to detail makes all the difference. If possible our dog may have enjoyed her stay even more than we did! Wifi was not the best but we were told they were having issues before arrival. The unique layout of the main cabin and a smaller cabin (bedroom, bath, and laundry) adjacent to each other and accessible from the expansive covered deck allows extra privacy for your group. A unique property we definitely recommend!"

"The cabin was nice and clean and although it looked a little more spacious in the pictures it was nice and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Flor was easy to contact and pleasantly accommodating. Thankyou for a great stay!"

"The listing includes hot tub in the title of the property. The "fine print" states that the hot tub may not be properly maintained. I thought that if the hot tub was heavily advertised as it is in this listing, renters are expected to be able to make use of it without adverse health effects. I brought a test kit with me and found the chlorine to be 20ppm (5ppm is the max safe level) and the pH, which affects skin comfort to be very acidic.The property itself was excellent, with a fire ring, outdoor grill and a view and serenity unlike any other place I have stayed. Why not take the extra effort to hire a company that will properly maintain the hot tub so it isn't a danger to guests?"
