"This place exceeded our expectations immensely. The owner has thought of everything, right down to the last detail. The kitchenette is fully stocked with literally everything you would need to prepare a meal, right down to a selection of spices. Same for the bathroom and laundry; soaps, shampoos & conditioners, detergent pods, even cotton swabs. You can literally just show up and have everything you need for your stay, other than the food, of course. And as far as that goes it's in a super-convenient location, with a grocery store less than 2 miles away. There are also places to eat and several wonderful little shops in between if you don't feel like cooking yourself. The residence itself was also immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, as seen in the photos in the ad. In the loft bedroom there is a skylight with curtain that you can open and get an extra dose of fresh mountain air. There's a nice little patio on the back with solar powered lighting and privacy dividers from the other patios on either side that add to the coziness, as well. You can also expect to see deer in the wooded area and the yard area adjacent to the property while out back. When I say this place has everything that's not an exaggeration, she's even provided a selection of board games and puzzles to entertain you when you just feel like staying in, as well as televisions both downstairs and in the bedroom. All this for less than the cost of an average hotel room! 10/10 recommended!"

"This was the second time we’ve stayed here for a weekend while visiting family. It’s a great location, right in downtown Davis. The unit itself is small but clean and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but small, so I wouldn’t want to cook anything more than a fairly basic meal in it. Although the unit sleeps 4, I think it’s ideal for 2 people and more than that would be tight (the table seats 2 for example). We would have no hesitation in staying here again. "

"I took a 3 day motorcycle trip to the VRBO and the views on the way were amazing. Got into town and loaded up on some groceries and settled into the small beautiful industrial home. This property is my dream home. Edison bulbs, beautiful balcony, fire pit, windows that open for a breakfast bar, etc. it’s simply amazing. Neighbors are friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving my motorcycle out front the house. The views, trails and peace and quiet are nothing short of amazing. I plan on coming back to this property in the winter.The property management company was so easy to work with, polite and very responsive. As for the cleanliness, place was spotless when I entered. Again, cannot wait to return!"
