"Parking and check in were super easy (you just walk into your room). It's in a very unique location. I was only there for a short time so I couldn't really test every amenity, but other guests seem to be enjoying the sauna"

"Easy to get to from the airport, easy to check in and park. However, the room itself was a bit dated and the bathroom situation is WEIRD. There was a tiny sink next to the bed and a toilet with shower behind about 2.2m tall partition meaning all the sound and smell is literally next to bed. Also, the window was not closing properly, so there was a bit of a draft. Common areas were basic and totally fine. Perhaps an okay stay for one but wouldn't recommend otherwise "

"The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking a large meal for four. There is a supermarket within a 20 minute drive and a few restaurants. The lodge itself was lovely and warm and ideal for a quiet evening trying to see the northern lights. It was perfect for our last two nights in Iceland as it's 30 mins from the Blue Lagoon and 13 minutes to the airport. Will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Iceland."
