This was a meticulously clean, quiet hotel with a great location for arrival and departure days in Iceland. Its also close to the Gianta's cave and a lovely cliff walk, port and place to watch the northern lights on clear dark nights. The bed was incredibly comfortabel as well. We also enjoyed a breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both were delicious.

Staff were so hospitable, keeping the pool open for me upon my late arrival so I could have a quick swim surrounded by snow before going to bed. This was without me even asking, they just knew it would be a lovely experience to recommend! Bed was comfortable and room super clean also

Nice hotel with transport to the airport and a beautiful hot tub area. Room was quite small especially by North American standards but was clean and comfortable. Review would have been a 5 but there’s absolutely nowhere to put a suitcase in the room so unpacking is basically out of the question. Very hard to get organize. There is no real closet just a couple of bumps on the wall where you could try to hang something in the unit at the end of the room with three or four hangers, but not enough to hang really even two coats. The other thing I didn’t like is that if you need a later checkout, they immediately start charging you for the time. But if you’re looking for a hotel reasonably close to the airport and reasonably close to the amenities in the small town, this is a decent one.

Landing at 6am, we were fortunate enough to get checked in closer to 9am. Rokms were clean. The hotel itself is pretty cozy and sits right by the water. Would stay again.
