"We were grateful the room upgrade to a higher floor where we got spectaculara views of the Vancouver Harbour. The room was perfectly clean and we felt like we had enough space for our infant's pack n play and toddler. We had asked for a kettle and bottled water, to make baby bottles, and the staff was happy to provide. The only issue I had with the room was I didn't love the bathroom- the door didnt fully close, and I wish there was a deeper sink. But alas, not everyone is traveling with young children! The highlight, at least for my toddler, was getting the best view of the seaplanes arriving and departing throughout the day! Great location and relatively great value compared to the other hotels nearby."

"Large and comfortable room near points of interest in downtown Vancouver's west side. They stored our bags since we arrived from airport ahead of check in time and we were able to explore the area some. Staff also provided some coupons for items in area and advise of things to do. Short one night (2 day) stay in area but we loved this area of Vancouver."

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! The location was amazing - just steps away from wonderful restaurants, ice cream/gelato shops, even a 7Eleven was only half a block away. A great beach was less than 4 blocks away. A great hotel in a fantastic location!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Self check-in was easy and the host communicated throughout our stay to make everything was going well. The house is new and beautifully designed. It’s in a great neighborhood with parking out front and easy access to all the sights. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked well stocked. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others."
