We had booked a deluxe king size room - unfortunately we were allocated a room on the Upper Ground level which was in the basement. It did have a window but was very dark and felt a bit dingy. "We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"
