"Desk light so dim that it was more comparable to a nightlight. Bathtub clogged so we had to wait a half an hour to 45 minutes between our showers so the water could slowly drain out. I put a couple of items in the refrigerator so that I could have an iced coffee and breakfast in the morning in my room, but when I went to get my items out of the refrigerator in the morning, they were frozen solid as a brick. Also, every time I stepped out of the room during the morning hours, I kept being asked by housekeeping if I was leaving yet, so I felt a bit rushed to check out (or guilty for not leaving earlier so that housekeeping could do their work). Everything was neat and clean in the location of the hotel is optimal, with the Burlington mall and Lahey Hospital with an a five minute drive. Also walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, which is good if you plan to wake up after 10 AM because they stop stocking the coffee in the lobby at that time."

"Staff were very nice but the hotel's idea of accessible is not. First of all, not everything was checked to make sure it was working before new clients moved in. tv had to be reprogrammed. The bathroom is not what is considered accessible. For a shower one must step over wall of tub and sit on a flattened end of it. Disabilities usually mean a lack of ability to step over a wall, nor is sitting on a very low edge of a tub possible. And then, even the staff had trouble turning the water on! No mention of any kind of compensation for this trouble. I will not stay at a Best Western Plus again."

"The room was fairly clean, and the housekeeping staff is also super nice. The location is super convient. I was able to park at Alewife, and use the red line to navigate my trip. On our second night, a Monday, we struggled to sleep because the restaurant in the lobby was playing loud music with a fair amount of bass until after midnight. We were unfortunately staying right on top of the restaurant. We checked in with the front desk about it, but they weren't able to help, and did not offer earplugs."

"There is no hot breakfast or nightly social for the foreseeable future. Construction is happening and there is a lot of noise and people running around. I would not recommend until all of that is over. Very disappointed and wished I had known what I was getting into. Totally ruined my trip to Burlington."

"Location was perfect. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable! Staff was very helpful. Wish there was a real closet in the room and there was more drawer storage. Also, the bathroom had no place to put make up and toiletries.wish there was more storage there."
