"Everything was ok except the location of the room I have bad anxiety and being in the middle of all of the rooms really bothered me. I understand they where packed and that’s understandable "

"Shuttle was efficient. Staff was very friendly and room was clean/comfortable. "

"The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn "

"I have always been a fan of the hyatt boutique properties. Great place to stay before an early flight and just enough amenities for comfort. "

"Nobody answered phone when i tried calling all day to inforn of a late check in. Otherwise staff was mostly nice and professional."

"Day 1 - Early checkin required by 6:30pm. Random room inspections performed by both staff including maintenance crew. Felt invasive and evasive. Rationale: Informed inspections required because people break stuff on the way out the door. Trash bags surrounding commercial garbage bin. Required to ask for permission to checkout by noon even if previously approved by issuing company."
