We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. "So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep!

"This was an incredible location to visit. The house is historic, but well taken care of. As we checked in, my wife and I felt like we stepped off the street and into the secret garden. It was a peaceful sanctuary with many places to relax and unwind. The host was very caring and went above and beyond to look after all our needs. I would add that our room was air conditioned, clean and spacious. I really look forward to visiting again in the future."
