Nice little hotel in the centre of Elche. 5-10mins walk to town square. Rooms relatively basic but meet all our needs and were clean. Bathrooms standard but the shower was really powerful which was great! Nice pool area we’re shading from palm trees, drinks reasonably priced.

The hotels definitely lives up to its pictures, walking around the grounds is breathtaking and the layout of reception inviting. Unfortunately the beautiful hotel missed some ambience. Lacking in music. Breakfast we decided to sample did not disappoint our taste buds, an amazing continental buffet style, with an additional option of ordering an array of eggs pancakes etc.. This was of great quality and alot of choice. The downsides to our stay was staff, a couple tainted the rest of the bunch. At night there was a friendly helpful bar person. But during the day not a smile to be seen and a word hardly spoken. Unfortunately we didn't sample the lunch and dinner menu as the rude staff once seated put us off partaking after giving them a second chance and still the same treatment we decided to venture out. Thankfully Elche didn't disappoint!

It was our 2nd time at this hotel. The room for the 3 of my family was ok. Was a little dissapointed with the view and lack of electric sockets in the room. Apart from that couldn't grumble to be honest.
