Old Town Benidorm Holidays

Great postion on beach Great food Lovely court yard Rooms are very dated

From the delightful check in staff, thank you Lewis, to checking out our stay was absolutely faultless. After leaving the hotel a member of staff came looking for us in the hotel car park to return a forgotten phone charger. Will recommend this hotel to everyone

I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things: • Windowless inside room • No towels in the room • The room not ready as requested (2 beds) • Lack of parking instructions before arriving • Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy The breakfast was just OK. Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones

A smoking area on the roof terrace might have been nice. And a few more rooms with twin rather than double beds. And they couldn't accommodate our booking of a twin (booked out or double-booked :( ) But the location in the village was hard to beat. 3.7/5
