Perfect for Family Retreat

Our family loved our time here! We were looking for a place that allowed our sons and their friends to go fishing and enjoy the springs, and this place was perfect, given that the home was directly on the river. The home was clean and the owners ensured that all of the necessities were provided. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out, which was greatly appreciated. We celebrated our son's 20th birthday here and created some great memories! We look forward to our next stay!!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was spacious, and just as advertised. The porch is wonderful. We were able to watch football and still be outside. An absolutely great place for a short weekend trip!

Fantastic river house on the Suwannee

This is a great house and feels like it is brand new. The location and dock were perfect for us, and the yard and fire pit are all great too. I highly recommend this house for a river getaway.

Great Family Retreat

The place is exceptionally well maintained with a great location on the Suwanee River and close to Rock Bluff Springs.The spacious kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely come back.

Fabulous house and trip

This house was perfect for what we needed. Quick weekend trip to some of the local springs. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay here and had plenty of space. Kids loved the bunk bed room and the dock to fish. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at the new riverfront home this weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The was clean and well equipped. The view is breathtaking and if you are looking for a relaxing gateway look no further! My family was very much impressed and we already thinking about our next visit.

Incredible stay!

We decided to do Christmas on the river this year and this place did not disappoint! Spacious yard for the kids to play, quiet safe neighborhood and very peaceful! The house was immaculate, with all the amenities of home! The boat dock housed our 23ft center console boat perfectly! This place would be the perfect stay for any occasion! We will absolutely be back! The host was a pleasure to deal with and made our Christmas a great one!

Clean, peaceful river house.

Everyone had a great time. My brother celebrated his 50th B-day with long time friends and parents. The house had everything we could need and more. Spent two days tubing down Ichetucknee river and Ginnie Springs river.

Fabulous Spring Break!

We had a great time visiting many of the springs near by and plan to come back. The home had everything we needed and more! Enjoyed the kayaks, fishing on the dock, scooting on the pad, soccer in the yard and so much more! The home was perfect for us and provided so many amenities. Looking forward to coming back with the kids and doing more tubing down the springs!

Wonderful Home & Host

The home is perfect and has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The view is great and we had enough space for 3 trucks with boat trailers and parking for the boats. The host was quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

Lovely Quiet House

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of towels. The only thing to be aware of is the property is on a well so the water smells like rotten eggs and the water pressure in the shower was low. Bring drinking water with you to drink and brush your teeth.

Guys getaway weekend
