The restaurant for breakfast and dinner were brilliant. The location is perfect for walking Tavira. The room had a strange layout with some wasted space, but I imagine it made sense in the old days when that building was built. Maybe the kept their goat in that space!?
Our room was on the third floor in the elevator only went up to two!!!

"This is a lovely small hotel, with a great team of staff, every one of them were super friendly and helpful.
As a regular traveller I booked this hotel based on the photos and the previous reviews, so don’t be put of by the fact it is shown as a 2 star hotel, I cannot understand how that is the case, it was far nicer than many of the 3 & 4 star hotels I have stayed in.
Location is great, a few minutes walk to the town centre.
Only negative would be the breakfast. Whilst it was very nice, it was pretty much the same every day, so very repetitive. "

"A lovely apartment. Very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Bang in the centre of Tavira, near all the restaurants on the riverside and the shops, but in a quiet back street. The owner is very friendly and helpful and will give you all sorts of advice and recommendations. "
