It's generally a nice hotel but every door slams closed on its own, so you hear LOUD slams ALL night and ALL morning as everyone comes and goes. For this reason I would never stay there again. Cockroach and tick in the room, left the property immediately. Staff (Jose Lopez) unhelpful, claimed I was lying even after I showed him videos of the bugs. Room was poor otherwise - small, poorly lit - much better options in the area.
