"The parking lot/building/rooms are all run down and visibly crumbling and dirty. It was just to sleep before catching a plane so we made do. Needed extra pillows, front and said they couldn’t find any. Shuttle service next day was prompt which was great "

"Staff seemed to be very nice and although they did not seem to know how their own parking service worked, they did try to help. No loud noises and slept like a baby. The beds comfortness seemed ot be right where i like it, nit so much for the other guest. Pillows definetly could use an upgrade. WOUldnt hrut for a thicker bed cover as well. All in all, it was perfect for the one night stay we needed it for. No issues or complaints from me!"
