"We had an awesome time at this beautiful home. Plenty of room to lounge around and bond. The community is gated and the private boat ramp and boat slip made boating a pleasure. Perfect location to be able to ride the golf cart to downtown Homosassa for great food, live music and unbelievable memories. Highly recommend this home. We will be back during the summer season."

"Tradewinds Deep Water was the perfect place for ours girls trip to Florida to swim with the manatees! The location was peaceful and right on the water. The host responded promptly to questions beforehand and the arrival and departure instructions were clear. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for all 5 ladies, including plenty of towels. Unfortunately, we did not get to make use of the kayaks due to the cold weather while we were there but it was nice that they were available for use. Our only negative was that all mattresses seemed saggy and could probably stand to be updated. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property."

"This the second time we’ve used this host. Both in different homes. There are not words enough to give them the best praise. You definitely feel like friends from the moment you meet Mary Lynn. Everything in the house was perfect, decorated for Christmas with great care and appeal. The home was meticulously clean and we even had fresh hot cookies delivered the first night! If you are in looking in this area, this is a must. We’ve already booked for next Thanksgiving. Definetly a gem"
