Lit à changer, escalier très dangereux, pas de cafetière électrique juste une bouilloire, pas de vaisselles pour 6 personnes, chaises de la terrasse à changer très dangereux du rafistolage, store banne abîmé réparé avec du scotch, pour le stationnement ( indiqué dans l’annonce que l’on peut se garer devant la maison) pas toujours de place, il fallait se garer parfois beaucoup plus loin. Dans l’ensemble déçu de la maison.

Einfach nur toll.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Terrasse, sehr zweckmässig und zentral gelegen. Bäcker um die Ecke, der Marktplatz lädt zum Verweilen ein mit tollen Caffees.Man nimmt Teil am Leben der Einheimischen . Jederzeit wieder.

Eintauchen in einen kleinen portugisieschen Fischerort.

Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Ort, wo auch Einheimische leben. Man bekommt den Charme des Lebens an der Algarve hautnah mit. Das Ferienhaus ist ein normales, altes Stadthaus, in dem man das Leben in einem maurisch geprägten Ort sehr gut nachvollziehen kann. Es war ein richtiges Abenteuer.

Fuzeta-ruhiger Familienurlaub

Das Häuschen ist funktional eingerichtet. Wer keine Hightech sucht, sondern nur einen Ort zum Übernachten, ist hier genau richtig. Die Dachterrasse ist das Herzstück der Unterkunft und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen. In 2 Minuten erreicht mal den Fluss mit einem schönen Strand. Alternativ kann man auch mit dem Taxiboot zu der Ilha Fuzeta fahren. Die Überfahrt dauert nur ein paar Minuten und man ist am Meer.

Casa típica e pitoresca

Casa razoável, com um terraço soberbo! (o melhor da casa, mas atenção: o acesso ao terraço não é fácil, escada íngreme e estreita). Um dos quartos é claustrofóbico, sem arejamento nenhum; o beliche no hall de entrada não é das melhores soluções, muita luz e barulho! A localização da casa é excelente, num bairro simpático, com tudo o que precisamos. Bom acesso às praias!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber und Nahe des zentralen Platzes gelegen. Die Dachterasse mit Küchennische ist sehr praktisch und angenehm.

Escalera peligrosa a la terraza

La vivienda es una típica casa del sur de Portugal y su distribución es un poco chocante. La habitación grande es dormitorio-comedor, la otra habitación es una alcoba sin ventilación y la cama que está en el altillo en la zona de estar es un poco impracticable a partir de cierta edad. Lo bueno es que hay aire acondicionado. El baño es amplio pero sin ventilación directa. Tiene una fantástica terraza a la que se accede por una escalera que es bastante peligrosa sobre todo para bajar puesto que los escalones son muy estrechos y empinados. Aún así nuestra estancia ha sido agradable. por su buena ubicación.

nous avions déjà loué cette maison il y a 3 ans. La terrasse a depuis été totalement carrelée et c'est très agréable. C'est le gros point fort de cette location. Dommage que la cuisine installée sur la terrasse ne dispose pas d'eau chaude et de vaisselle car on est sans cesse obligé de monter l'escalier avec la vaisselle pour manger sur la terrasse. La maison contient 6 couchages mais ne dispose pas de l'équipement suffisant pour y vivre à 6. (manque de verres, de couverts, vétusté des ustensiles de cuisine....) C'est cependant un endroit très agréable pour y vivre à 4 maximum. Fuseta est une petite ville charmante et la plage est très belle. Les habitants y sont adorables

Apres une arrivée mouvementés (erreur de logement oblige de passer la première nuit dans un autre appartement) La maison peut être appréciée par beau temps, mais en hiver cette maison est tres froide et le chauffage (qui sert de clim l'été ) si bruyant qu'il faut l'eteindre la nuit. Nous avons donc eu froid. De plus les ventilateurs ne sont pas a l'extérieur mais dans un couloir et nous avons du mettre des seaux et cuvettes pour eviter que l'eau coule partout dans le couloir. De plus l'obligation de régler 35 € pour le menage (ce qui est élevé pour 3 pieces une chambre une cuisine et une salle d'eau). Pour ma part je fais toujours le ménage avant de partir et il y a une caution si besoin....

The terrace was a great space. We used the facilities frequently. The house itself was very traditional but would definitely not be suitable for more than 4 people. Even with four it was a bit of a squeeze. Space limited and kitchen not terribly well equipped. We bought glasses mugs and some kitchen implements. Would stay again if just the two of us. Strange having a bed in the dining/sitting room...maybe should have been a sofa bed to make use of the room properly.

Casa central (perto da estação de comboios, restaurantes, barcos para a praia) com todos os equipamentos necessários para a estadia (máquina roupa, ar condicionado, utensílios de cozinha, etc) Terraço maravilhoso para aproveitar os fins de tarde (com barbecue) Pontos menos positivos: a inclinação do pavimento do duche permite que a água passe para o chão do WC.

"Logement très propre et fonctionnelle. Maison et terrasse hyper agréable près de toutes les commodités surtout la petite place des restaurants. La dame qui nous a accueilli est vraiment charmante elle ne parle pas un mot de français mais nous arrivons toujours à nous comprendre, Nous avons passée une agréable semaine, je recommande sans modération cette location dans un village à ambiance familiale"

"Mon épouse et moi avons bien aimé cette maison individuelle au centre de Fuseta. Bien équipé (sauf en vaiselle), confortable et surtout une magnifique terrasse avec cuisine d'été et barbecue où on sent le rafraîchissant air du large. De nombreux restaurants, de nombreuses boutiques (logias) pour faire les courses, une belle plage de sable fin à 5 minutes à pieds ! et l'océan accessible avec un bateau à 1 euro le passage. Le paradis quoi ! et des propriétaires très sympas."

"Nous avons été reçu par M. et Mme N. de façon fort sympathique. Ce sont des personnes extrêmement chaleureuses et à l'écoute. La maison était d'une propreté méticuleuse et la dame qui s'en occupait adorable. Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions : le soleil, des paysages extrêmement beaux, et surtout pas trop de touristes. (Surtout, ne pas oublier la pasteleria sur la place du village !!!! Elle vaut le détour !!!!). Ces quinze jours de vacances à Fuzetta n'ont été que du bonheur !!! J'espère revenir très bientôt dans l'Algarve. Merci à M. et Mme N."
