We incurred a fee for checking in at noon due to an early check-in policy. Unfortunately, this information is not mentioned on the hotel’s website nor was it communicated during the booking process. While our overall stay and experience were great, we felt it was important to share this feedback, as these unexpected fees add additional costs that guests should be made aware of in advance.

Was surprised at the extra historical charge.

Beautiful Hotel Great location and awesome transportation to various locations in the area.

Check in was very quick and staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast although they did take it down early our last day there and we missed it. It said till 9:30 but taken down 9:15

We loved the room and the hotel, but the hotel was the site of a protest during our stay and hotel management did nothing to offset the disruptions (besides offering us a refund if we chose to leave - which would have been more disruptive than staying!)
