"We loved our stay at Apu Lodge. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful second floor view of the archeological ruins. The hotel isn't easy to get to for someone with mobility issues but for us, it was perfect. We love walking and this property was located 1/4 mile off the main road that led to the square. "It’s a quaint hotel with 4 buildings surrounded by a nice garden with flowers and birds. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond when there was a power outage in our building. They resolved the problem quickly and were so nice to provide us extra waters and a dinner at no charge. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the center of town and to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo ruins. "
