The place is beautiful, clean and located at walking distance from the main plaza and archeological site. Everything was in perfect condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely and quiet place with a beautiful view.
The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was great! They cooked a cheese omelette for me. The room was very bright and spacious. I’ll definitely come back to stay.
Hotel is decent, clean and close to the local square. Basic accomodation. They provided a packed lunch for our early departure which was ok. The staff and friendly and kind but hotel is basic.
The staff here was just wonderful. We used google translate to converse but we communicated with no problems. They helped us organize a taxi to do a day trip, they held onto our luggage for a couple of days while we toured Machu Picchu. They were top notch!
Here's an example: When we left for our day trip and just 5 min down the road. I realized I forgot our tickets. I had to run back as it was easier for the taxi to stay put and the woman at the hotel saw my urgency. She not only opened the door to the storage closet where our luggage was but helped me go through my bag to find the tickets. You could tell she genuinely cared for her guests.
Our room was small but its all we needed. Breakfast was simple but they made eggs to order.
Location was perfect. A little hidden but away from the hustle and bustle.
Amazing beautiful little boutique hotel. Perfectly in the middle of both sides of the small town. Quiet. Sun roof for sunny days. They arranged a ride to the train station for me last minute. And even made me breakfast to go! Can’t recomend enough :)
Clean room, good wifi, no views from the room but great view from the roof top. Breakfast was so so. Helpful staff members. Had a very good night sleep after Machu Picchu. A bit far from the train station but very close to the main square to take the bus back to Cusco. Would recommend it.

Disliked: Room comfort
Overall, the hotel was okay considering the price. However, the beds were very hard, and the room was far too small for three people. There was hardly any space to store clothes, and it was not even possible to fully open a suitcase on the floor. The room was also very noisy, and there was a window above the door that let in a lot of light from the hallway, which disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was simple but very good.
I found it strange that when i first got to my room, the water to the toilet tank was shut off. The young man at the front desk (who was very helpful during my entire stay, and also helped out with daily breakfast buffet) turned the water back on, which led to water seeping up thru the bathroom floor tiles. I was able to switch rooms, and had no problems after that. Hot water supply was excellent in both shower and sink. The breakfast buffet was decent, with eggs cooked to order and the usual extras (fruit, bread, juice, etc). Location was very good, just a block off the main road. The wifi was working well for 5/7 days, then quit. Room got very cold at night - sleeping was fine under heavy covers, but chilly otherwise (or maybe I'm just old). I was able to leave my suitcase in hotel storage while visiting Machu Picchu at no charge. Overall, a good stay and the price was right.
The ground floor rooms were fairly cold at night which i liked. The staff found garbage bags to tape to the hallway window for me because it was letting in too much light. The hallways can be a bit loud if other guests are making noise, but i didnt have too much issue with it
I think this is a typical hotel in this community. You get what you pay for. It felt a little bit like camping with the lack of amenities and cold water, but it’s all apart of the experience. The staff was nice. We saw the same fellow everyday I don’t think he had time off.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Petit dej assez complet.
A localização é boa e silenciosa. O café era simples, mas suficiente. Chuveiro, roupa de cama e toalhas bons. O custo x benefício é muito bom e me hospedaria novamente.
