I was disappointed with my stay. For one, the room we ordered was different, we got apartment 163 instead of 134. There was no AC, no curtains, there was no hair dryer despite the description, the TV did not work. The owner avoided us when we called them. The room was very hot all day. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the description photos showed a completely different bed, in reality the bed was a reclining sofa. I would never stay in this place again and don't recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was very spacious, but there was a really bad drainage smell in the bathroom. The bed was comfy though, and it was fine for 1 night. We just shut the bathroom door.

Good location, walkable, restaurants.close by, close to train/tram Instructions were extremely good. I booked the same day and they were able to send me instructions clearly on Whatsapp Place itself was a bit dirty. There was hair in the bed and it smelled extremely moldy. My pajamas smelled like mold after sleeping in the bed. Noisy, but they provide ear plugs No lift, but they make you aware of this upon booking and checkin

Poland, overall, is not oriented towards international tourist. It's more like a business center for Europeans. Thus, do not expect friendly smiles at the front desk, as they are basically minding their own business. If approached, they will politely act; however, do not expect anyone walking the extra mile!
