Since this is an historical building, there are many levels and 97 steps to get up to the reception area. Thank goodness for the one person at a time elevator. Clean and comfortable hotel with an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar. Great location withing walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, museums and Florences landmarks. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is the best feature of this hotel. They are professional, kind and efficient. Secondly, the location is fantastic! The heart of Florence is right there! Thirdly, the rooftop restaurant is by far the most romantic, cozy and delicious one we’ve ever been to! Finally, Valentina, we really do want to adopt you forever!

Beautiful location convenient to the Duomo and museums. Great breakfast and please make sure you order a cappuccino.
